Egnyte is seeking a results-driven Field Marketing leader to help stand up and scale marketing programs across the fast-growing MENA region. This role will act as the regional marketing owner, partnering closely with the EMEA/MENA Marketing Lead (based in UK) and regional Sales leadership to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You know how to build a regional plan, earn credibility with Sales, and execute events and campaigns from concept through revenue attribution. You are comfortable operating in a developing market, localizing messaging, and building repeatable field marketing motions that scale.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

      Regional Leadership & Strategy

 

       Serve as the Field Marketing lead for MENA, owning regional pipeline contribution.
 

       Build quarterly marketing plans and campaign calendars in partnership with Sales and Channel leadership, adapting to pipeline gaps and strategic opportunities.
 

       Act as a trusted advisor to Sales on pipeline coverage, campaign performance, and ROI.
 

       Identify regional trends, headwinds, tailwinds, and growth opportunities across verticals.


Pipeline & Revenue Execution

       Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, Channel, and Digital teams to activate integrated campaigns that expand pipeline across MENA.
 

       Guide localization of messaging, landing pages, and nurture flows for priority sectors and personas.
 

       Collaborate with Marketing Ops to analyze performance and recommend optimizations to improve conversion and ROI.
 

     Event & Campaign Management

       Lead end-to-end event execution, including planning, budgeting, vendor management, venue sourcing, invitation strategy, sales alignment, and post-event follow-up.
 

       Manage regional event budgets, merchandise, printing, stand costs, and third-party vendors.
 

       Support Sales with account-based activations and strategic opportunity engagement.
 

       Run campaign kick-offs and post-mortems to drive continuous improvement.
 

     Cross-Functional Collaboration

       Partner closely with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
 

       Work with Marketing Analytics and Sales Operations to track, analyze, and report on funnel metrics and campaign performance.
 

Ensure alignment with Egnyte’s global messaging, ICP, and persona strategy while adapting for regional nuances.
 

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

       Experience in SaaS / tech industry.

       2-3 years of B2B marketing experience.

       Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery.

       Able to communicate fluently in English (and Arabic required) for regionalized content and messaging with knowledge of GTM nuances.

       Knowledge of key channel players (e.g., Redington, Mannai, regional Distributers and resellers) and their GTM approaches and collaboration opportunities.

       In-depth knowledge of campaign tactics and execution.

       Demonstrable experience in managing campaigns, events and field marketing for B2B SaaS company.

       Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills.

       Knowledge and understanding key technologies – SFDC, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau.

       Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team.

       Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and the specific requirements of the role. Further details of the total compensation package will be discussed during the interview and selection process.
